This document MUST be signed and returned to deCYPHER GAMES by EACH PARTICIPANT before the start of your game.

The person entering into a contract for recreational services (i.e. you, the participant) should have a reasonable opportunity to consider whether or not to enter into a contract upon assessing the extent of known risk involved in the activity. It is very important that you be aware of the risks and the potential consequences if things go wrong.

In allowing people to voluntarily waive their right to sue, it is important to achieve a balance between protecting consumers and allowing them to take responsibility for themselves. The Trade Practices Act seeks to achieve that balance in a way that will benefit consumers and the many small businesses and other providers of recreational activities which involve a degree of risk.
