Discount Requirements

FAMILY, CHARITY, & LOYALTY Discounts are NOT applied when you book your tickets. You will be charged the regular team fee and you will be reimbursed the discount amount in cash on the day of your game (after providing required documentation). You can apply for the discounts when you book your tickets but you can also let us know any time BEFORE your game day.

FAMILY Discounts

A Family group is classified as: 1 Parent/Guardian & 3 players under 18, or 2 Parents/Guardians & 2 players under 18. Players for Sydney Sprint or Double Decker games must be aged 15 years or older.

CHARITY Discounts

To receive your CHARITY Discount, you must show: pay slip (or similar) showing your name and name of organisation, or a letter (on organisation letterhead) confirming your employement, or business card (or similar documentation) showing your name.

LOYALTY Discounts

To receive your LOYALTY Discount just let us know that you've played before and we'll check against our records!

Discount Conditions:

• Only one discount can be used per team (on top of any automatic group discounts).
• Teams must provide appropriate documentation BEFORE game day to receive discounts as specified above.
